These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sgwindow.com and the services provided by SG Window Cleaning ("SG Window Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of terms

By visiting our website, requesting a quote, or engaging us to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or request our services.

Our services

SG Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Heber City, Park City, and surrounding communities across Summit and Wasatch Counties and the Salt Lake Valley in Utah. Our services include, among others, residential and commercial window cleaning, recurring maintenance window cleaning, screen cleaning, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, dryer vent cleaning, chandelier and mirror cleaning, and snow removal. The specific work to be performed, the property to be serviced, and the price will be set out in the quote we provide to you. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or the requested work falls outside the scope of what we offer.

Quotes, scheduling, and access

Quotes are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an assessment of the property. A quote may be adjusted if the actual scope, size, or condition of the work differs from what was described. Once a quote is accepted, we will work with you to schedule service. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be serviced, including access to water and electricity where needed, and to secure pets during the visit. Weather, safety conditions, or circumstances beyond our control may require us to reschedule, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and arrange a new time.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept credit card, check, cash, and Venmo. For recurring maintenance plans, service is provided on the agreed schedule and billed for each visit. Invoices not paid when due may be subject to a late charge and to collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, to the extent permitted by law.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed before we accept payment. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours of the service and we will return to address the areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work and does not cover new dirt, weather, or conditions that arise after our visit, or work outside the agreed scope.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you let us know as far in advance as reasonably possible so we can offer the time to another customer. We reserve the right to reschedule when weather or safety conditions make service impractical.

Limitation of liability

SG Window Cleaning is liability insured and takes care to protect your property during every visit. You agree to inform us of any pre-existing damage, defects, or fragile conditions, such as cracked glass, damaged screens, loose fixtures, or compromised seals, before service begins. We are not responsible for damage that results from pre-existing conditions, defects, or normal wear that could not reasonably be avoided during ordinary cleaning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, and video, is the property of SG Window Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. The SG Window Cleaning name and logo are marks of SG Window Cleaning and may not be used without permission.
